  • Initial consultation with a  diet and lifestyle assessment (60 minutes)

  • Access to private laboratory testing* (e.g. comprehensive stool analysis, food intolerance testing if required)
  • Two follow–up sessions to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments (45 minutes each)
